摘要
为了解广州市中草药中铜、锌的含量 ,指导肝豆状核变性病患者合理服用中草药 ,在广州市主要中草药市场采样 ,应用火焰原子吸收法测定其铜、锌的含量。结果表明 ,所测中草药中铜的含量范围为 0 5 2～ 1 0 45mg/kg,锌的含量范围为 0 0 0～ 3 5 77mg/kg。提示广州地区川芎、北芪铜含量最高 ,肝豆状核变性病患者应减量服用 ;建议服用锌高铜低的半夏、玉竹、生地。
To assess the content of copper(Cu) and zinc(Zn) of the Chinese-herb drugs,and advise the patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD)how to take the drugs properly,the Chinese-herb drugs widely used in some drug markets in Guangzhou were collected and the content of Cu and Zn in these drug was determined by FAAS.The results show that the content of Cu in the Chinese-herb drugs are 0.52～10.45 mg/kg.The content of Zn in the Chinese-herb drugs are 0.00～35.77 mg/kg.It concludes the content of Cu in Chunggong and Beiqi is the highest,it suggest that the patients with HLD should avoid to take them much.And it advise them to take the drugs which have little Cu and rich Zn.
