Study on Positron Annihilation Technique for Ba_((1-x))La_xTiO_3 Nanocrystalline Structure via Sol-Gel Processes

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了La掺杂改性的BaTiO3纳米晶体,采用透射电镜、正电子湮没寿命谱仪对目标产物进行了测试.结果表明:当0<x<0.2,La的掺杂使晶格发生膨胀畸变,而且还产生了钡空穴(VBa");当0.2<x<0.8,La的掺杂抑制了晶格的膨胀畸变,而且不再产生钡空穴(VBa"). La-doped BaTiO_3 nanocrystal was prepared by Sol-Gel processes. The morphology and defects of Ba_(1-x)La_xTiO_3 was analyzed with TEM and positron annihilation technique.The results showed that the doping of La resulted in the expansion of crystal lattice and the formation of VBa' within 0<x<0.2. Then the doping of La restrained not only the expansion of crystal lattice but also formation of VBa' within 0.2<x<0.8.
