摘要
采用电凝聚气浮法处理卫河水,当CODCr为977.6mg/L,浊度140.7NTU,色度大于2000时,处理的最佳工艺条件为:电流强度1.5A、pH值为6~8、电解时间20min.CODCr的去除率最高达到94%,浊度去除率可达83%.电凝聚气浮在有效去除有机物的同时,能高效脱色,脱色率可达96%以上.处理后水的浊度、色度、CODCr等均达到国家排放标准.
The fundamental principle of electrocoagulation-floatation process for mixed wastewater treatment is described. The optimum processes conditions of electrocoagulation-floatation for treatment of the mixed wastewater by the process were studied in the experiment. After treatment, the turbidimetry, pH and COD_(Cr) can meet the national discharge standards.The process is characterized by simple operation, lower power consumption, less sludge generation and without secondary pollution.
