摘要
《国家通用语言文字法》确立了普通话和规范汉字作为国家通用语言文字的法律地位,对汉语的国际传播有着重要的意义,也是对外汉语教学的重要依据。本文介绍了《国家通用语言文字法》中与对外汉语教学相关的规定,提出为了贯彻和执行《国家通用语言文字法》,在教学中必须教授普通话和规范汉字,禁止教授方言和不规范汉字。强调汉语拼音在帮助外国人学习汉语、扩大汉语在国际上的影响方面,发挥了极为重要的桥梁作用,是外国人学习汉语的有效工具,要充分利用它教授普通话和规范汉字。
'The Law of the National Commonly-Used Language and Script' establishes the legal position of Chinese PUTONGHUA and standard Chinese characters as the national common-used language and script. The law not only carries great significance to spread Chinese language worldwide, but serves as an important basis for teaching Chinese to foreign students. The paper, firstly, introduces some regularities in the law related to teaching Chinese to foreign students. Then it comes up with the idea that standard Chinese PUTONGHUA and characters, instead of local dialects and non-standard characters, be taught,Finally, the paper emphasizes that Chinese Phonetic Alphabet is an effective tool for foreigners to learn Chinese, therefore, it should be fully made use of to teach and learn Chinese PUTONGHUA and normalized characters.
