摘要
采用根据ASTMD 64 82的Tensi法和ASTMD 65 49的Drayton法制造的试验设备 ,应用ISO 995 0标准制成的Inconel60 0合金探头 ,测量了不同流速淬火油的冷却曲线 ,并对两种搅拌方法测量的数据进行了对比分析结果表明 ,两种方法均可较好地反映淬火油的冷却特性 ,在对流阶段采用Drayton法测量的冷却曲线的重复性明显高于Tensi法。Drayton法中所采用的2 5mm测量区域对介质流速影响较大 ,建议测量区域改为5 0mm。
The cooling curves of quenching oil at different flow rates were measured with the experimental equipment developed on the basis of Tensi Method of ASTM D 6482 and Drayton Method of ASTM D 6549 and the Inconel 600 alloy probe in line with ISO 9950 standard,and the data derived from the two agitation methods were compared and analyzed.The results show that both methods can well reflect the cooling characteristics of quenching oil,and at the convection cooling stage,the cooling curve of Drayton Method is obviously better than that of Tensi Method in terms of repeatability.The 25mm measurement area adopted by Drayton Method exerts far-reaching influence on the quenchant′s flow rate,thus 50mm measurement area is highly recommended.
