摘要
目的 探讨汉族男女在正常性状表现及基因频率的差异。方法 调查湖南境内汉族男女 7对正常遗传性状 ,并用Hardy -Weinberg定律和分离定律计算男女每一性状的基因频率。结果 眼睑、拇指末关节的性状在汉族男女之间差异较大 ,而卷舌、耳垂、前额发际、发式、发旋无明显差异。结论 同一民族不同性别在性状表现及基因频率方面存在差异 ,为中国人群体遗传学研究提供资料。
Objective: Research the differences of the normal character and gene frequency between male and female in the Hans. Methods: Investigated the normal hereditary character with seven pairs of male and female of the Hans in Hunan province and calculated the gene frequency of each character using the law of Hardy-Weinberg and separating. Results: Their characters of the leyelid, the joint of the thumb end have great differences while learlobe, forehead hair, hairstyle have no obvious differences. Conclusion: There are some differences in the characters and gene frequencies in the different sex with the same nationality which can provide the material for the genetics research of the Chinese population.
