摘要 目的:研究Survivin和p53蛋白在前列腺癌组织的 表达及生物学意义,并探讨其相关性.方法:采用免疫组化的 方法检测55例前列腺癌组织中Survivin和p53蛋白的表达. 结果:Survivin和p53蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达例数 分别为43(78.18%)和27(49.09%),并且均与肿瘤的病理 学分级、临床分期相关(P<0.05).在前列腺癌中两种蛋白的 表达密切相关(r=0.629).结论:Survivin蛋白的表达和p53 突变对凋亡抑制的协同作用可能在前列腺癌的发生发展过程 中起关键作用. AIM: To investigate the expression of surviving and p53 in the tissues of prostatic carcinoma and to evaluate the relationship between survivin and p53. METHODS: The expression of survivin and p53 in 55 patients with prostatic carcinoma were examined using immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: The positive cases of survivin and p53 in prostatic carcinoma were 43 (78.18%) and 27 (49.09%) , respectively. The positive rate of survivin and p53 was strongly associated with pathological grades and clinical stages (P<0.05). The expression of survivin was correlated with p53 (r=0.629). CONCLUSION: The inhibition of apoptosis caused by the cooperation of surviving and loss of p53 may play a pivotal role in tumorigenneis and tumor progression in prostatic carcinoma.
