摘要
本文对结晶法制造果糖含量55%的高果糖浆的工艺条件进行了研究,并确定了一条高效低耗的工艺路线。本成果于1993年4月列入了国家专利。
Conditions for manufacture a syrup having more than 55 precent fructose on a dry solids basis by crystallization have been investigated. As the result,the process for the manufacture of high fructose syrup is a more efficient, lower cost. The present invention have been China patent.
