摘要
目的 :观察祛毒胶囊对LPS诱导的狼疮样模型小鼠几项免疫指标和病理改变的影响 ,探讨祛毒胶囊治疗SLE的可能机制。方法 :用ELISA试剂盒检测血清中的白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、干扰素 -γ(IFN -γ)、和肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)水平 ,对肝肾组织常规HE染色。结果 :(1)血清中IL - 6、IFN -γ及TNF -α水平各治疗组与模型组比较 ,差异有显著性 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )病理结果显示模型鼠肝肾炎性改变 ,治疗组炎性改变减轻。结论 :祛毒胶囊对狼疮样小鼠血清中IL - 6、IFN -γ及TNF -α的分泌有抑制作用 ,能明显改善其病理状态。
Objective: This paper is to investigate the effect of Qu Du Capsule on IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α secretion and pathologic change in revulsive lupoid model mice with LPS and the possible mechanism of Qu Du Capsule in treating systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods: IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum of the model mice were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Hepatic and renal tissue was stained by HE.Results:(1)In the treated groups,as compared with the model group,levels of serum IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-α were significantly lower (p<0.05);(2)Pathologic results showed that liver and kidney appearanced inflammation in model mice. Inflammation relieved in the treated groups。Conclusion:Qu Du Capsule could inhibit the secretion of IL-6、IFN-γ and TNF-αand improve the pathologic lesion in model mice.
