摘要
农业产业化的实质就是农业产业的升级。从另一个角度讲 ,农业产业化也是农村产业结构升级或高度化趋势的一种表现 ;在农业产业化经营条件下 ,选择与农业产业化紧密相联的产业发展方向 ,不仅是乡镇企业发展的活力所在 ,而且也是农村产业结构升级换代的必然要求 ;工程建设和项目产业化开展是农业产业升级的突破口。
The essence of agricultural industrialization is the upgrading. Under the conditions of industrial management of agriculture, the orientations of development are most important. Capital construction and projects are breakthroughs for the upgrading of agricultural development.
