摘要
与全国大多数省、市、自治区相比 ,甘肃乡镇企业在发展的数量、规模、结构以及总体质量上还处于较低的水平。货币资本和人力资本的短缺、产业结构和地域分布结构的不合理、市场空间的狭窄、产权制度变革的滞后等因素严重制约着甘肃乡镇企业的进一步发展。本文依据中国第一次农业普查资料 ,分析了甘肃乡镇企业的发展现状与特点 ,阐释了其发展的制约因素 ,相应地从产权制度变革、产业结构转换、地域布局调整。
The development of Gansus township enterprise,compared to many other provinces in China,is far from high level in its size,scale,structure,and the overall quality.It is held up by such courses as the shortage of money capital and human capital,improper industrial structure and regional arrangement,narrow market space and the backwardness of reform in property right system.On the bases of the results of the first general survey of chinas agriculture,this paper analyses the current situation and traits of Gansus township enterprise, explains the obstacles in developing Gansus township enterprise, and then puts forward some suggestions to accelerate Gansus township enterprise.
