摘要
实施性施工组织设计关系到施工的顺利进行和资金使用计划等的实现。围绕这一问题 ,从监理单位的角度对施工准备期承包商提交的施工进度计划的合理性、预测施工进度计划的稳定性 ,以及意外事件发生的可能后果进行探讨 。
To be implemented construction organization documents is related to construction process and cost used plan. From the point of view of supervion,this paper anticipates the rationalization and stabilization of construction schedule provided by contractor in construction preparatory stage, and the consequences caused by an accident, then gives some advises to solve.
