两次锁口磨削工艺过程存在阻碍生产进度、提高生产成本和测量误差大等缺点。一次锁口磨削工艺过程能够克服上述缺点,而且它在各项精度方面都能达到成品零件的技术要求,满足生产需要。
Twice counter bore grinding technology can obstruct productive speed,increase productive cost and mea- sure mismake,etc.Using once counter bore grinding technology can overcome these weakness,and its accuracy is able to achieve technical request of finished product and satisfy productive needs.
