摘要
目的 采用光镜和电子显微镜观察大鼠ARDS时心肌组织形态学改变 ,并探讨其机理。方法 通过大鼠舌静脉按0 .10ml/kg注入油酸制备ARDS动物模型 ,造模 2h后取右心房肌组织分别做光镜和电镜观察。结果 心肌细胞表现为肌丝灶性溶解 ,心肌细胞内特殊心房颗粒明显减少。结论 油酸致大鼠ARDS对心肌组织的损伤主要由于缺氧所致。
Objectives To observe the morphological changes of rats brain in ARDS models under light microscope and transmission electro-microscope, and try to probe the mechanism of the changes. Methods Oleic acid was injected into lingua veins of Waster rats with 0.10ml/kg to make ARDS models. Myocardic tissues were observed under light microscope and electron microscope 2 hours later. Results With semithin section toluidine blue, the myocardic cells slight dissolution of nucleus, dotted dissolve of myofilament; SAG reduced or disappeared under transmission electron microscope. Conclusions The injury on ARDS rat myocardium by oleic acid mostly resulted from hypoxia.
