摘要
输电网中长期规划的任务是:规划何时、何地、架设多少条何种电压等级的线路,经济、可靠地消除系统各阶段原有线路出现的潮流过载现象。它可分为单阶级段的静态决策和多阶段的动态决策两个子问题。本文利用追加连支路修改节点阻抗矩阵的思想,将静态决策问题用一个0—1整数规划模型表达,求解较为迅速。同时它具有解决含孤立电源接入系统的输电网规划的能力。计算实例表明了方法的功能和实用性。
Long Range Transmission Planning (LRTP) can be divided into two subproblems, the single-stage static strategy and multi-stage dynamic strategy. By revision of the Node Impedance Matrix when branches are added, this paper presents the 'Adding Branches Method' which expresses the strategy as a zero-one integer programming model and will solve the static strategy problem at a higher speed. A1so, 'Adding Branches Method' is capable of solving disconnected networks planning. Two case studies are presented and discussed.
