提高加氢裂化装置循环氢纯度方法的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 以齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂220kt/a缓和加氢裂化工业试验装置为例,根据气液相平衡原理计算了循环氢的纯度,阐述了新鲜氢纯度、高压分离器温度等因素对加氢裂化装置循环氢纯度的影响,并对诸多的影响因素进行了分析,针对该工业试验装置循环氢纯度偏低的问题,提出了解决问题的具体方法。结果表明,新鲜氢纯度是影响循环氢纯度的主要因素,新鲜氢纯度每提高2v%,循环氢纯度可提高3.5v%左右;冷高压分离器温度对循环氢纯度的影响也较大,冷高压分离器温度每降低5C,循环氢纯度可提高1v%左右。 In this paper, the data obtained from a commercial MHC (mild-hydroc- racking) unit with a through-put of 22×10~4 tons/year (Qilu Petrochemical Company), are taken as an example for calculating the purity of recycle hydrogen in accordance with the equilibrium relationship between gas and liquid phase. The effect of the purity of fresh hydro- gen and the temperature in the high-pressure separator, as well as the effect of other factors, upon the purity ofthe recycle hydrogen in the MHC unit are discussed. To solve the problem of the recycle hydrogen purity lower than the normal value, practical measures are proposed. The results show that the purity of the fresh hydrogen is a major factor which strongly affects the purity of recycle hydrogen. The purity of recyclehydrogen can be increased by 3.5 v% as that of fresh hydrogen is increased by 2v%. Besides, the temperature in low-tempera- ture and high-pressure separators also affect the purity of recycle hydrogen. A decrease of 5℃ of the high-pressure separator temperature will increase the purity of recycle hydrogen by 1v%.
