摘要
企业家是我国民营中小企业制度创新的核心,而我国民营中小企业家又明显缺失,其原因有法律、政策等因素。须从改善宏观环境、企业家合格化和建立“企业家机制主导”模式等加以解决。
The entrepreneurs of Chinese privately managed small and mediate enterprises is the core of its system innovation , and it has obvious shortage of entrepreneurs in Chinese privately managed small and mediate enterprises. It should be solved by microscopic environment improvement, entrepreneur qualification and set up a “entrepreneur system-led” model.
