摘要
合成了不同PBT含量的PBT/PET嵌段共聚酯,用DSC、TGA、广角X光衍射等方法对该系列共聚酯的结构性能和结晶行为进行了研究。从其冷结晶峰温、熔点、半结晶时间,热分解温度及结晶度等不同角度进行考察,认为随PBT含量增大,结晶速度加快,树脂耐热性能下降,但当含量增至3.5%以后,结晶速度变化趋于平缓。通过广角X光衍射测定,发现当PBT含量为3.5%时,共聚酯结晶度最大。
Block copolymers of poly(ethylene terephthalate)and poly(butylene terephthalate)were prepared with varying amounts of PBT.The structure and proper- ties and crystallization behavior of the polymers were determined by the methods of intrinsic viscosity,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),and wide angle X-ray diffraction.The polymers showed increasing rate of crystallization,and decreasing thermal stability with increasing PBT content.The rate of crystallization leveled as PBT content reached 3.5%.The highest crystallinity, however,was observed with a PBT content of 3.5%.
