摘要
在80—158℃的条件下,用等温转框反应器研究了固体催化剂上环氧丙烷与甲醇合成丙二醇甲醚反应动力学。研究表明本反应过程为串并联反应,产物丙二醇甲醚与原料环氧丙烷反应生成副产二丙二醇甲醚;反应温度过高,使产物选择性降低,而高醇比是有利的。并建立了丙二醇甲醚合成的宏观动力学模型。
Reaction kinetics of synthesis of propylene oxide(PO) and methanol(ROH) to form propylene glycol monomethyl ether(PM) using LA-2 catalysts has been studied. Experiments were carried out in a mechanically agitated autoclave at a temperature range of 80—158℃ Results obtained indicate that the reaction is a consecutive-parallel one from which the product PM reacts with the reactant PO to form a side product dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether (DPM). The selectivity of PM decreases as the temperature is excessively high. However, high ROH to PO ratio is favorable. An observed kinetics model has also been established.
