摘要 介绍了管线钢硫化物应力腐蚀裂开危险性智能探测仪的设计、结构和检测结果。该检测仪具有数据采集、存储处理、逻辑判断和现场制表打印输出评价/判断等功能,对及时发现和消除含硫油气管线的隐患,以防止恶性破坏事故的发生有重要意义。 An intelligent probe for in-situ assessing the status of the susceptibility of Sulfide stress corrosion cracking ( SSCC) of the pipeline steels in wet sour gas is presented, it's design/structure and the inspection results by the probe are provided in this parper. By the probe, the relative level of the permeation rate of the atomic hydrogen in the steel and the hazard of the environment-sensitive cracking could be evaluated/judged/tabulated out in-situ on an ultramicroprinter. Some important information for safety control of the pipeline for sour gas might be taken. Based on them, the latent hazard of SSCC could be eliminated in time by regulating/optimizing the processing parameters.
