摘要
目的探讨钛合金AF系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤的临床意义。方法36例胸腰椎骨折脱位伴不同程度神经损伤患者均行开放性复位、钛合金AF内固定手术治疗。结果36例患者中除1例有轻度的皮肤感染外,其他均无神经功能损伤加重;不完全瘫痪病人手术后两周内达一级神经功能改善,全瘫病人有获得改善,感觉平面下降。经随访36例患者取得满意的临床效果。结论钛合金AF系统操作简单、安全、牢固、灵活、脊椎三维空间可调复位,手术时间短,克服了RF系统不足之处。
Objective:To introduce the clinic adopted of titanium AF in thoracic vertebra and lumbar fracture dislocation and spinal cord scathe.Methods:36 cases of thoracic vertebra and lumbar fracture dislocation and nerve scathe were got opened replacement and inner fixation operation treated.Results:1 case has longitudinal skin infection,else all not aggravated nerve function scathe;incompleteness paralysis patients after operation at two weeks extended stair nerve functionality amend,completeness paralysis patients could amend,the plane of sense descended.Conclusion:the system of titanium AF operates briefness,safety,fastness,agility,three dimension space of rachis can displace,operation time little,hurddle fall short of the system of RF.36 cases acquire satisfactory clinic impression.
