摘要
目的探究小剂量硝普钠对小白鼠学习和记忆的影响。方法尾静脉注射lmmol硝普钠0.1ml/L,通过迷宫试验记录小白鼠学习和记忆的成绩,结果小剂量硝普钠提高了小白鼠的学习和记忆成绩(P<0.01),且维持时间比扩血管药肼苯达嗪长(P<0.01)。结论这一结果为进一步研究痴呆患者的治疗提供了一条新线索。
Objective:In order to Probe into the effect of little doses Sodium nitroprusside on learning and memory of mice.Method:Injecting lmmol/L sodiun nitroprusside 0.1ml with tail vein,recording the result of learning and memory through labyrinth test.Results:There was marked difference between the test group and the comparative(P<0.01).The group with Little doses sodium nitroprusside could longer increase function of learning and memory of mice than those with hydralazine.Conclusion:A new chue for further researching treatment of dementia was showed in result.
