摘要
目的：观察善得定联合洛赛克治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的疗效。方法：将收治的 84例急性水肿型胰腺炎随机分为治疗组和对照组各 42例，对照组给抑制胰液分泌 (禁食、胃肠减压、 H2受体拮抗剂、 5－ Fu)，维持水电解质酸碱平衡、抗感染对症等常规治疗。治疗组不用 H2受体拮抗剂和 5－ Fu，改用善得定和洛赛克。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论：善得定与洛赛克联合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎具有起效快、疗效高、不良反应少、减少急性重症胰腺炎发生率、外科手术率及病死率等优点。
Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Losec and Sandostatin in treating acute edematous pancreatitis(AEP).Methods:84 patients with AER were randomly divided into two groups,the test group and the control group(42 cases in each group).Antibodies and supporting therapeutic measures were used in both groups.H2 blockade and 5－ FU were given in the control group while the combination of Losec and Sandostatin was given in the test group.Result:The total effective rate in the test group is much higher than that in the control group.Conclusions:Losec and Sandostatin have a dramatic effectiveness in treating AEP with fewer side effects.The combination of Losec and Sandostatin is beneficial to decreasing the occurrence of severe pancreatitis and its mortality.
