摘要
目的：探讨一种修复拇指指腹及指端软组织缺损的方法。方法：采用环指尺侧神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复拇指外伤后指腹及指端皮肤缺损 12例。结果：皮瓣全部成活，随访 2～ 4月，皮瓣感觉良好、拇指功能满意。结论：该皮瓣血供丰富、成活率高，外形、质地及感觉功能满意，手术简单，是修复拇指皮肤软组织缺损及重建拇指功能的一种理想皮瓣。
Objective: To search for a better method for reconstructing the soft－ tissue shortage of the pollical tip and vola. Methods: Using ulner neurovascular axial island flaps of the ring digit to treat the soft－ tissue defect of the pollical tip and vola in 12 cases. Results: All the flaps have survived well with a satisfactory sense of feeling and pollical function sccording to 2 to 4 months'follow－ up. Conclusions: The survived rate of the flaps is high with a rich blood supply, a good appearance and texture and a satisfactory function. The operation is simple and it is an ideal flap in the repairing and reconstructing the soft tissue defects and the sense of pollex.
