摘要
肿瘤细胞DNA倍体的测定为一种独立的 ,重复性好的 ,能客观地反映肿瘤生物学行为的定量指标 ,对于癌前病变的识别 ,恶性肿瘤的诊断及患者预后的判断都具有重要的价值。本文对肿瘤细胞DNA测定的方法、DNA倍体异常与癌前病变的检测 。
The DNA ploidy of tumor cells is an independent, repeatable and objective quantitative indicator to reflect the biological behavior of neoplasm cells, which is very important to the recognitions and the diagnosis of malignant neoplasms and in prediction of patients'. In this article, we concisely introduce the DNA ploidy measurement methods and the significance of abnormal DNA ploidy measurement in relation to the precancer lesions,the diagnosis of malignant tumors and prediction of patients' prognosis.
