改性PVA水凝胶人工玻璃体及动物试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了治疗视网膜脱离,玻璃体浑浊及外伤引起的玻璃体流失,在临床上对许多玻璃体代用品,即人工玻璃体进行了研究。本文作者对改性PVA水凝胶作了探讨。动物玻璃体置换试验结果表明,这种材料能较好地保持眼压,对角膜、晶体及眼底无毒性反应,对房水循环及玻璃体代谢无不良影响,并能保持前房、晶体及玻璃体的透明度,是一种较好的玻璃体代用品。 Artificial vitreous body has been studied in clinical treatment of abnormalities of eye vitreous body (retinal detachment, clouding and leaking due to injury). We have also approached the subject of an improved PVA hydrogel as the materials of artificial vitreous body. The results of the replacements on rabbit vitreous body showed that our material could keep a normal intraocular pressure, caused no abnormalities of cornea, crystalline lens and fundus, had no adverse effects on the circulation of water in the chambers and the metabolism of vitreous body. Anterior chamber, crystalline lens and vitreous body could remain transparent. Therefore, our material could be an ideal substitute for artificial vitreous body.
