摘要
讨论几个问题:土建工程的软科学性质;工程设计中所包含的不确定性信息的科学处理;指出工程优化的多个目标应在工程的不同阶段分别处理;建议以广义可靠度为工程系统、结构和维修方案优化的控制参数;工程系统和结构的功能逻辑关系及各结构失效相关性的问题;工程大系统的全局优化;结构的不确定性优化设计;工程系统的实施和施工力学;结构控制与维修方案的优化.
In this paper the following problems are discussed :the soft science character of civil engineering; the rational treatment of uncertain information in the engineering de- sign;the consideration of the multiobjectives of optimazation in different engineering stages;the choice of generalized reliability as the control parameter in the engineer- ing optimazation; the logic relation and failure dependence between the structures in an engineering system; the global optimazation of large-scale engineering system; the uncertain optimum design of structures; the optimazation of the construction procedure of the engineering system ; the structural construction mechanics ; the op- timazation of the structural control and maintenace.
