二氧化碳通气当量与高二氧化碳刺激反应的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN VENTILATORY EQUIVALENT FOR CARBON DIOXIDE AND RESPONSE TO HYPERCAPNIA

摘要 对17例不存在(Ⅰ组)和25例存在(Ⅱ组)CO_2潴留的患者研究了二氧化碳通气当量(VECO_2)与高CO_2刺激反应的关系。结果表明,虽然两组患者VECO_2均与CO_2敏感性密切相关,但只有Ⅱ组患者VECO_2与CO_2反应性相关非常显著。提示VECO_2除与呼吸中枢敏感性和反应性有关外,还受呼吸器官机械障碍的影响。 Relationship between ventilatory equivalent for carbon dioxide (VECO2) and response to hypercapnia was studied in 17 patients without OO2 retention (group 1) and 25 patients with CO2 retention (group 2). Tne results showed that there was a significant correlation between VECO2 and CO2 sensitivity in two groups, but only a significant correlation between VECO2 and CO2 responsibility in group 2.It indicates that VECO2 was not only influnced by the sensitivity and responsibility of respiratory centre, but also by the mechanic disturbance of respiratory organ.
