摘要
研制一种用于碱性电池的高电化学活性的新型铝合金负极材料。用熔铸法和压力加工技术将铝合金制成薄板 ;用电化学方法测试了材料的电化学性能 ;用排水法测试了材料静态浸泡腐蚀的析氢速率 ;结果表明 :新型铝合金负极在3.5 %NaCl水溶液中、3.5 %NaCl + 2 5 %NaOH水溶液中均具有很负的电极电位和低的自腐蚀速率 ;其组成的Al/AgO碱性单体电池 :当放电电流密度为 75 0mA/cm2 时 ,单体电池电压为 1 .6 2V ,析氢速率≤ 0 .2 1ml/(cm2 ·min)。研制的新型铝合金负极材料 。
The new aluminum alloys anode materials of fine electrochemistry active in the alkaline battery have been studied. The material of aluminum alloy has been made by the method of molten and the pressure processing technology; The electrochemistry performance of the Al alloy anode material has been studied by electrochemical methods. The self-corrosion rat of Al alloy anode has been studied by methods of immersed in aqueous medium .The results show that the electrode voltage of the Al alloy anode in medium of 3.5%NaCl、3.5%NaCl and25%NaOH is very negative and the self-corrosion rat is very small. The voltage of Al/AgO battery is 1.62V, the self-corrosion rat of Al/AgO battery is 21ml/(cm^2·min). The new aluminum alloys anode materials would be used to develop aluminum alloy battery with high energy density.
