摘要 肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子是细胞胞浆内的一类重要的接头分子。其中肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6,通过与破骨细胞表面的核因子κB受体激动剂结合,并将信号下传,激活c-Src、Jun氨基末端激酶、核因子κB,在破骨细胞的分化与成熟过程中起着重要的作用。 Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor family is an important binding protein group in cytoplasm.Among them,tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor-6 can bind receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB located on cell membrane surface of osteoclast,then convection signal up to activate c-Src、Jun N-terminus kinase、nuclear factor-κB,and play an important role in differentiation and maturation of osteoclast. [
