摘要
本文从市场营销学的角度出发,对营销观念中的目标营销、市场需要、市场竞争和社会营销等四个观念在图书馆信息服务市场开发中的运用问题进行探讨。在此基础上,提出了发展多样化服务、开发新的服务内容、提高服务质量、改善服务包装和调整服务时间地点等建议。
The paper examines four concepts including:target market,market needs,market competition and social marketing of marketing concept which used in the developing of library's information serves from marketing.Based on this,some suggestions,such as developing variegated services and new service content,improving the quality and package,adjusting time and place of service,etc.
