摘要
针对目前农村爱国卫生工作存在的主要问题及其表现 ,从主、客观方面分析了出现问题的主要原因。按照全面建设小康社会的目标要求 ,从维护 9亿农民健康利益出发 ,试论了切实加强农村爱国卫生工作的指导思想和道德原则 ,对进一步做好农村爱国卫生工作提出了协调关系、规范行为的道德规范。
According to the main problems existing in the rural patriotic hygiene work at present, this article analyses the causes of these problems from both the subjective and objective respects. According to the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and safeguarding the health interests of 900 million farmers, this article tries to discuss the guideline and principle of ethics on the rural patriotic hygiene work and put forward the code of ethics to do a good job in the rural patriotic hygiene work.
