摘要
干网张力作为对张机烘干部烘干能力具有重要作用的因素而成为经常争论的论题,而行业杂志和标准关于推荐使用的张力方面的信息却是有限的。本文论述在模拟工业条件的实验室烘干设备上所作的试验。这些结果表明用比造纸业中常用的干网高的张力进行操作就能改善烘干能力。
As one factor having an important effect on paper machine dryer section capacity, dryer fabrictension is the subject of frequent debate, yet information in industry journals and standards on recommendedtension is limited. This paper deals with tests carried out on a lab-scale drying apparatus simulating indus-trial conditions. The results show that a significant improvement in drying capacity can be achieved byoperating at higher fabric tensions than commonly used in the industry.
