摘要
本试验通过快速法、尼龙筛法和直孵法检测粪便毛蚴孵出率,结果表明快速法毛蚴相对孵出率为100%,而传统的尼龙筛法为81.2%~84.6%,直孵法为4.0%~36.9%。经生物学统计,快速法和尼龙筛法毛蚴孵出率极显著地高于直孵法(P<0.01),而快速法与尼龙筛法之间的毛蚴孵出率差异不显著(P>0.05)。快速法比较简便实用。
Fast hatching test is a new method for examining Schistosoma japonicum miracidium in stool.The results showed that hatchability rates of Schistosoma japonicum miracidium in stool for fast hatching test and nylon hatching test were 100% and 81.2%-84.6%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that for direct hatching test (4.0%-(36.9)%). Fast hatching test is more simple and fast.
