摘要
本文对内蒙古呼和浩特的坝口子育种基地和东胜九城宫育种基地的 2个杂交子代群体和亲本群体以及当地对照等共计 8个群体的沙棘叶中的 β -胡萝卜素和VE 含量及变化进行了分析。结果发现 2个基地中 β -胡萝卜素在子代群体中变化比较一致 ,7月中旬都出现了最高值。而VE 的变化在 2个基地的子代群体中表现也比较一致 ,在 7月中旬之后叶中VE 含量都呈增加的趋势。
The content of β carotene and V E in two hybrid generation,parent colony and control groups which were planted in Bakouzi breeding base and Dongshengjiuchenggoug breeding base,Hohhot,Inner Mongolia,was analyzed.The results showed the content of β carotene in hybrid generation in two bases was no significant change and was highest in mid July.The content of V Ein hybrid generation in two sites was no significant change and increased after mid July.
