摘要
1954年宪法是党的领导与群众路线相结合、中国经验与国际经验相结合、原则性与灵活性相结合、科学性与通俗性相结合的产物;她标志着中国社会主义法制从"过渡期"转为"成型期";她奠定了新中国民主宪政的基本模式;她的基本精神注入了现行宪法的灵魂;其特点突出、影响久远、宪政意义重大,但也存在着不可忽视的局限性。
The 1954 constitution is the outcome of the combination of the leadership of the Party and the mass line,of the experience of China and other countries,of principle and flexibility,of science and popularity.It is the symbol of the shift of China's Socialist legal system from 'transitional period'to'mature period'.It has laid the foundation for the basic mode for the democratic constitutionalism of New China.Its basic spirit finds expression in the present constittution.with Striking characteristics,far-reaching influence and significant constitutionalism,it still has unneglectful limitations.
