摘要
某公司的高加管板属ASME钢印产品。该管板粗加工尺寸为 2 0 3 0mm× 783mm ,材料采用ASMESA -3 5 0LF2CL2钢 ,技术要求高 ,而且还有严格的取样部位、方向和力学性能要求。借鉴低加小管板试制经验 ,在工艺上采取添加合金元素、内控材料成分、控制冶炼方式及强冷、深冷热处理技术等各种手段 ,解决了特厚饼型件管板的制造难题。
The high temperature heater tube sheet is the product that approved by ASME. The rough machining dimension of the tube sheet is 2030mm×783mm, the material of which is ASME SA-350LF2CL2 steel with higher technical requirement, it also has strict requirement in the sampling position,direction and mechanical properties. With the experimental experience of the low temperature small tube sheet, and the process of the alloy elements adding to control the material composition and melting mode, and the heat treatment technologies for forced cooling and deep cooling were adopted so that the manufacturing difficulties for the super thick caky tube sheet have been solved.
