摘要
风险投资的健康发展需要良好的风险投资法律环境作为保障,而我国当前的风险投资法律环境存在立法层面的专门国家立法缺位、相关法的规范滞后以及已存制定法统一性差等诸多问题,有必要从立法角度予以系统性构建。
Healthy development of risk investment needs good legal environment but the legal environment of risk investment in China is short of special national legislation and the relative regulations lag behind and unitarity of existed laws is not good. It is necessary to construct legal environment on the basis of legislation.
