摘要
文化内涵的转变是引导西方近现代管理思想深化与变革的背景因素,不同的社会背景文化必然导致不同的管理模式。日本现代管理制度的崛起,是文化引导管理,民族文化与外来管理整合并创新的典型范例。
This article analyses the culture's guiding function in the evolution of the modern management. It poses that the transformation of the culture's meaning is the background which leads the ideology of modern management to deepening and transform, different cultural backgrounds must form different management modes. This article analyses the growing up of the institution of modern management of Japan, it thinks that it's a typical example of the culture guiding the management, and the culture integrating with the management and innovating the management.
