摘要
[目的] 观察茵陈紫金汤对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用。[方法] 以0.12% CCl4花生油溶液经腹腔注射,制备小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,测定给药后模型小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST),肝组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)水平,计算肝脏指数,光镜下观察肝组织病理学变化。[结果] 茵陈紫金汤高、中剂量组均能显著降低CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤血清 ALT、AST活性,提高肝组织匀浆SOD活性,降低MDA及肝脏指数,明显改善肝组织损伤的程度,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0 05)。[结论] 茵陈紫金汤对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
Objective] To observe the protective effect of Yinchen Zijin decoction (YZD) on the acute liver injury induced by CCl 4 in mice. [Methods] Acute liver injury model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.12 % CCl 4 . The levels of ALT and AST in serum and MDA and SOD in the liver tissue were measured. Liver index was calculated and pathological changes of the liver tissue were observed under optic microscope. [Results] Both high and medium dose YZD significantly lowered serum ALT and AST, MDA and SOD in the liver tissue and the liver index, and markedly ameliorated the liver damage (P<0.05). [Conclusion] YZD can protect against acute liver injury induced by CCl 4 in mice, the mechanism of which may be related to its antiperoxidation of lipid.
