摘要
目的 :对比分析我国东、西部地区CME需求状况、存在的问题及影响需求的因素 ,为制定适合东、西部地区CME发展的相关政策 ,完善CME管理制度提供科学依据。方法 :对 14个具有代表性的省级卫生厅和 12 78名卫生技术人员进行问卷调查和专题小组访谈。结果 :1)西部地区以省市级项目为主 ,东部地区的人均国家级项目、区县院级项目数显著高于西部 (z=2 5 1,P <0 0 12 )。 2 )卫生技术人员对CME效果的总体评价和满足度东部地区好于西部地区。 3)东部地区侧重边缘交叉学科CME项目 ,而西部地区对“专业理论”CME项目需求高于东部 (x2 =17 12 ,P <0 0 0 2 )。 4 )西部地区的主要影响因素是“管理不到位”和“经费不落实” ;东部地区主要是领导重视程度和工学矛盾问题。结论 :应通过人力支援、师资培训或远程教育等多种方式帮助西部地区提高其基层主办项目和承办国家级项目的能力和水平 ;针对不同地区的需求各有侧重地开办CME项目 ,强化CME对象管理 ,多渠道解决经费 ,多途径传送信息 。
Purpose: Comparative analysis the western area demand state、problem that is and effect demand element of CME together with the east area. Befit for the correlative policy which developed against western area CME for the sake of the formulation to east area, the system which administered in order to improve CME supplys the scientific foundation. Means: questionnaire is looked into and group interviews is called on what is said to the healthy halls of 14 province grades and to 1 278 healthy technicals personnel. Results: 1) The western area is giving priority to with the province grade item. The eastern area per capita country grade number of entry is more than the west. The eastern area per capita prefecture and county courtyard grade number of entry is more than the west(z=2.51,P<0.012). 2) Healthy technical personnel to evaluate with the CME's effect and the degree of meeting is that the western area is more than the eastern area. 3) The eastern area is 'The fringe joins the branch of learning' CME's item is give priority to, but the western area is correct 'Specialized theory' CME's item demand is more than the east(x 2=17.12,P<0.002). 4) The main effect element of western area is 'The administration is not reached the designated position' with 'The outlay are not ascertained'; The eastern area chiefly is leading the high opinion degree to study the contradictory problem with workman.
