小鼠中耳及呼吸道纤毛运动频率研究

摘要 [目的 ]检测小鼠中耳及呼吸道的纤毛运动频率 (CBF) .[方法 ]取 11只小鼠的中耳、咽鼓管、鼻咽部、下鼻甲及气管上段的黏膜 ,在 37℃恒温培养液中 ,用影像 电脑分析装置测量各部位的CBF .[结果 ]小鼠的中耳、咽鼓管、鼻咽部、下鼻甲及气管上段黏膜的CBF分别为 12 70Hz± 0 5 7Hz,12 70Hz± 0 77Hz,12 6 0Hz± 0 6 2Hz,13 2 0Hz± 0 37Hz ,11 6 0Hz± 0 79Hz .[结论 ]气管上段黏膜的CBF显著低于中耳及上呼吸道黏膜 . OBJECTIVE?To analyze ciliary beat frequen cy (CBF) of the mucosa of bulla and respiratory in mice.?METHODS? The mucosa of the bulla, auditory tube, nasopharynx, inferor nasal concha and upper trachea in 11 cases of mice were dissected and put into the 37?℃ of con stant tempreture culture, and the CBF of mucosa was measured by using a video-c o mputerized analysis system.?RESULTS?The CBF was no significant difference in the parts of measured ciliated epithelium except trachea(bulla 1 2.70?Hz±0.57?Hz;eustachian tube:12.70?Hz±0.77?Hz;nasopharynx 12.60 ?Hz±0.62?Hz;inferior turbinate 13.20?Hz±0.37?Hz;upper trachea:11.60 ?Hz±0.79?Hz).?CONCLUSION?The CBF of the upper trachea was significantly lower than that of upper respiratory tract and bulla.
