摘要
理论上单纯的侧向止水+高喷封底止水的方案,既对周围环境影响小又能为基坑止水,但武汉某大厦深基坑止水工程显示,由于高喷封底点多面广,施工质量难以保证,以致出现工程问题,后经补充深井降水方案,才使得该基坑得以顺利完工。该工程表明在降深大、周围环境复杂的基坑中将两种方案结合使用,使两者优势互补,能达到基坑止水效果好周围沉降又小的综合效果。
Theoretically, the program of lateral linking high-pressure seals has well capability in dewater-ing with little impact on surroundings. But a case study of some building in Wuhan city demonstrates that the method may lead to some problems and can' t guarantee the project quality. Another method of deep well drainage may cause land subsidence because of deep groundwater drawdown. Better results will be achieved in deep excavation dewatering if these two methods are properly applied together at complex surroundings .
