摘要
根据橡胶变形的特点及其本构方程 ,应用有限元方法建立了橡胶弹簧二维半平面模型和 1 /8立体模型 ,对其非线性刚度特性进行了计算仿真。通过试验进一步修改模型 ,使其结果与试验具有很好的一致性 。
According to the deformation characteristics of rubber and its primitive equations, a 2.5D plane model and a 1/8 3D model of rubber spring were built in this paper, which were used to simulate nonlinear stiffness characteristics of the rubber spring by means of finite element analysis method. The two models were modified in terms of the testing results so that the simulation results are well consistent with the experimental results. So this analytical method can offer theoretical supports to the structural optimization and engineering applications of rubber spring.
