摘要
运用开发的在线测量电梯导轨直线度的仪器对电梯导轨进行了在线测试 ,得到导轨的直线度数据 ;通过建立轿厢水平振动模型 ,以导轨的直线度数据作为振动激励 ,对系统进行了振动仿真并与实验结果进行了比对 ,结果显示仿真的振动频率与振动仪所测的频率基本相符。分析结果说明 ,电梯导轨直线度是轿厢产生振动的主要原因之一 ,随着电梯速度的提高 ,振动强度加大 。
An instrument used to measure the straightness of an elevator guide rail on-line has been successfully developed. Vibration simulation was performed by using straightness data collected by the instrument as excitation inputs of the vibration model of the cabin in horizontal plane, and the simulation results were compared with that obtained by the vibration analysis instruments. Comparison results show the consistency between simulation and experimental ones. Analysis results show that the straightness of the guide rail is one of the main reasons to cause the cabin vibration and the amplitude of vibration increases and vibration frequency is also changed as the increases of the elevator speed.
