摘要
绿豆芽培养过程中,进行铅(Pb)和Pb+10.00mg·L-1硒(Se)对比实验,测定了Se对Pb胁迫下叶绿素含量、CAT活性和膜相对透性。实验结果表明,Se能缓解Pb胁迫导致的绿豆芽叶绿素含量的降低,增强过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,缓解Pb胁迫导致的绿豆芽细胞膜相对透性的上升趋势。Se可增强绿豆芽对Pb胁迫的抗性,然而Se缓解Pb对绿豆芽的毒害是有一定限度的。
Pb's toxicity and Se's relief on bud of mung bean were studied. Selenium could relieve reduction of chlorophyll content and elevation of cell membranes penetrability caused by coercing of Pb. After selenium (10mg/L) was added, activities of CAT increases compared with single treatment of Pb. It revealed that Se could enhance the ability of scavenging the activated oxygen and alleviate Pb's damage to the membranes,which indicated that Se could improve the resistance of the bud of mung bean to stress of Pb. However, Se could relieve the Pb's damage in a certain limitation.
