摘要 一、克罗恩病的遗传学易感性 克罗恩病发病系环境因子与遗传因子相互作用所致[1].环境因子中,最受关注的为肠道微生物或某些食物抗原;而遗传因子中,最受重视的是人种倾向性以及家属及孪生聚集性.证实炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)具有遗传学倾向的重要研究方法之一为系统性基因组(genome)筛选研究.
