摘要
通过对洋县图书馆、乡镇文化站图书室的现状调查,揭示目前基层图书馆(室)所面临的人、才、物的困境, 提出加强县图书馆的藏书与设施设备建设、合理配置人员、建立健全基层图书馆等举措。
The author of the paper describes shortages of talented staffs, funds and equipment based on a survey of the county library and the reading room of the cultural center of the towns of Yangxian County and puts forward suggestions on the development of the reading rooms and the library.
