摘要
网络出版以信息传播的快速性、交互性、出版周期短、成本低等优势区别于传统的纸质出版 ,对高校学报的发展产生重大影响。从实际角度具体分析了高校学报实现网络出版的难点所在并提出了相应的应对措施 ,旨在为高校学报的发展提供参考。
Network publication distinguishes itself from the traditional printing in the following information-processing superiorities such as rapidity, mutuality, short cycle, low cost etc., which exerts great impacts on the development of colleges and universities journals. This paper analyzes the difficulties of network publication and proposes the corresponding measures for the purpose of providing reference for the development of colleges and universities journals.
