摘要
棉花受精后10d,下胚轴在MS培养液中经振荡后获得游离的单个腺毛原始细胞,纯化后在含2,4-D的MS培养液中振荡培养,5周后约3.2%细胞不经愈伤组织而直接分化为胚状体。
Free single glandular hair initials were obtained from hypocotyl of cotton by method of shake culture in MS medium ten days after fertilization. After purification,initial cells were suspended in MS medium containing 2,4-D with reciprocal shaking. Some of them developed into embryoids directly without forming wound callus.
